PRIVACY POLICY ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
ARTICLE 13 OF REGULATION (EU) 2016/679

Dear Customer/Vendor,
please be informed that, pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), on the protection of natural persons with regards to personal data processing, as well as to the free circulation of such data, the personal data provided by you will be processed in compliance with the above regulation according to the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency and protection of your confidentiality and rights, in particular referring to the integrity, confidentiality, personal identity and right to personal data protection.

Purposes of data processing
The personal data provided by you will be used for the following purposes:
– Providing the services requested, enabling effective management of the relations with customers in order to respond to requests for information, assistance, suggestions and/or specific needs submitted by you.

Processing method

Personal data will be processed by hand and/or with automated and computerized methods and tools, always complying with the security measures set out in Article 32 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, by persons specifically appointed for this task, in compliance with Article 29 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Therefore security measures will be deployed to ensure the confidentiality of the data subject and to prevent any unlawful access by third parties or unauthorised personnel.

Storage period

Please, be informed that, in compliance with the principles of limitation and data minimisation, pursuant to Article of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, your personal data shall be stored for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and processed, and in compliance with the periods established by the law.

Nature of data provision

Providing personal data is optional; however any refusal to do so will make it impossible for ALLEGRI Geom. PRIMO S.r.lto fully provide its services.

Communication and disclosure scope

The data collected shall not be publicly disclosed; in accordance with the purposes given above, personal data may be communicated to the following categories of recipients:

  • External consultants in charge of processing and/or giving advice for withholding agents;
  • State bodies and authorities to which communication of personal data is required by the law (social security bodies, financial authorities, etc.);
  • Controlling/holding companies, subsidiaries and associates to which ALLEGRI Geom. PRIMO S.r.l contracts out some activities.

Data transfer to third countries

The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries; however, it reserves the right to use cloud services and, in this case, the service providers will be selected amongst those giving appropriate safeguards in accordance with Article 46 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Data Controller, Data Processor and DPO

The Data Controller is ALLEGRI Geom. PRIMO S.r.l, through its legal representative. The updated list of the Data Processors is on file at the operation HQ.

The Company has not appointed a DPO.

Rights of the data subject

At any time, you shall be entitled, pursuant to Articles 15-22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, to exercise the following rights:

a) to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data regarding you are held and, if they are, to obtain access to your personal data and to the information set out in b);

b) to obtain information on the processing purposes, the categories of personal data processed, recipients or categories of recipients to which your personal data have been or will be communicated (specifically recipients based in third countries or international organizations) and, where possible, the data storage period;

c) to obtain the rectification and erasure of data;

d) to withdraw your consent at any time (however consent withdrawal shall not prejudice the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before its withdrawal);

e) to obtain restriction of processing;

f) to obtain data portability, i.e. to receive the data from a data controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided;

g) to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her for direct marketing purposes;

h) to object to an automated decision-making process relating to natural persons, including profiling;

i) to obtain confirmation of compliance by the Data Controller with its obligations laid down in Article 19 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, i.e. the obligation to communicate any rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing carried out in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 to each recipient to whom the personal data have been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort;

j) to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

The content of this Privacy Policy may be subject to changes following amendments and/or supplements to the applicable legislation. Therefore, the Data Controller invites the addressees of the Privacy Policy to read it also on the company website (www.tecnoform.net), where the text will be always updated.
